    LOUISVILLE, Ky. (athletics.bellarmine.edu)– Caitlyn de la Haba has been named the next head coach of the Bellarmine University softball team, Director of Athletics Scott Wiegandt announced Tuesday.
  • Five @ASUNSoftball Teams Earn Easton/NFCA Team GPA Awards

    ATLANTA – Five ASUN Conference Softball teams earned 2021-22 Easton/NFCA Team GPA Awards and 77 student-athletes were recognized with All-America Scholar-Athlete Honors, the organization announced on Monday. The rankings and honors recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association’s membership categories. NCAA Division III led the way with 2,227 student-athletes earning a 3.5 grade-point average or higher for 2021-22. NCAA Division I followed with 2,155 and NCAA Division II with 1,646. Junior Colleges and NAIA came in with 756 and 736 student-athletes respectively, with USCAA member Penn State Brandywine earning seven scholar-athlete nods.
  • 2023 @ASUNSoftball Conference Schedule Revealed

    ATLANTA – The ASUN Conference announced its 2023 Softball schedule on Monday. The 38th season on league action features all 14 teams schedule to play in eight 3-game series for a total of 24 league contests beginning on the weekend of March 17-19 and playing through May 5-7 before the conference championship gets underway on May 9 on the campus of Stetson in DeLand, Fla. This season, Austin Peay and Queens are set to take their first swings as league members, getting the conference slate started in Charlotte, N.C., in Week 1.

    JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (unfospreys.com) - After seven seasons in the dugout in assistant and associate coaching roles, Jeff Conrad has been named the next head coach of the North Florida softball program as announced by Director of Athletics Nick Morrow Friday, July 1.
